Protecting our hearts really does come down to paying attention to the small things...those quiet nudges we tend to brush off. I’ve learned that what we consume, even when it seems harmless, can slowly shape our mindset and spiritual clarity. When the Holy Spirit highlights something, obeying quickly brings so much peace. It’s amazing how much lighter life feels when we guard our eyes, ears, and conversations with intention. Staying sensitive to His voice is worth it every time. ❤️🙏🏼
Oh wow you said it so well and I totally agree! Guarding our heart is our peace. The gateway to our eyes is another precious thing to guard. I’m careful what I watch and consume. I have to limit my scrolling too bc so many people are toxic. Thank God for the light bearers out there
